Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. In this practice we use asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditations (mantra or breathwork) to synchronize our mental, physical, and subtle bodies into one unit. Kundalini energy is known as the 'nerve of the soul'. It is our creative life-force energy which connects us deeply with our inner-self and to the web of life. In this practice we strengthen that connection to ourselves and the world around us.
This practice supports us in releasing stress and tension from the body while clearing unsupportive patterns from the mind. Through repetition, movement, and mental focus, we create a new internal frequency, inviting in more peace, clarity and awareness. We focus on transforming our obstacles into purpose, through creating inner alchemy.
Kundalini yoga is a tool that supports us in synchronizing the mind, body, and spirit. We use pranayam (breathwork), mantra (chanting), and different styles of meditation.
