ABOUT ME ⁂ HOLA! I AM Yael ☻
I have spent most of my life in living with high levels of anxiety and carrying lots of fear in my body. Conditioning and fear that kept me constantly shrinking my energy, my Light and abandoning my intuitive voice within. Staying small to be accepted, was the norm for most of my earlier life — without even knowing I was intentionally doing so.
KNOW THYSELF :: 2016 was the year I moved to the Costa Rican jungle to drop everything I knew. I spent 6 months rebirthing in the womb of the wild jungle. Rekindling with my Self and the intuitive natural wisdom within me.
SHEDDING :: I shed. Released. Expanded my mind and heart. In this time I began a 7 year journey unearthing my belief systems and ideas of a what a successful, full, rich life meant to me.
RECLAMATION :: Through experiencing off-grid living, permaculture lifestyle, beginning my dance and movement journey, finding the practice of kundalini yoga, and many other healing modalities and resources along the way allowed me shed the patterns and beliefs that were never mine to begin with. I began to heal through reconnecting with the earth, food, and my body.
Kundalini yoga has completely transformed my self-image and perception and has been an ever-growing practice of connecting with life-force energy (within and without).
Working with kundalini energy allowed me to UNLEASH my creative power within.
