So many of us struggle with our sleep cycles, especially with technology as an easy distraction to our circadian rhythms.

Restorative Sleep is a virtual container for you to reset your habits and create a new sleep rhythm. Through restorative and harmonizing breathwork (pranayama) and mantra practices create an evening ritual to ease you into the astral realms.

ABOUT YAEL

Creator of Your Alchemy, Yael Haar is a kundalini yoga teacher and practitioner, intuitive guide, self-development coach, dancer and visionary. Her mission is to connect people back to their potential and creative essence through curating spaces for transformation and energetic reclamation. A bay area native, she has lived in Canada, Costa Rica and across country in New York to gain a wealth of experience in holistic healing in different variety of environments.

Yael hosts virtual and in-person events and programs to support the holistic wellness and health of her communities. The transformative practice of Kundalini Yoga as well as movement and dance have been massive catalysts in her healing journey which she uses in her work. Her background is in global food systems and community development. She received her 220 hr Kundalini Yoga certification through Siri Rishi Kaur (Brooklyn, NY).
